- On April 24th I noticed my brakes making noise. The pedal was going all the way to the floor. I called Tom Lachey in Jefferson and he told me to bring it right over. I advised him it could wait until morning. I arrived on 4/25 in the am and immediately Ron Butcher had a car for me. They were extremely busy and thought it would be Tuesday before all repairs could be done. Tom called and advised they needed to replace rear rotors and other maintenance safety work. As long as I had the replacement car I would be fine. Tom called that afternoon to say the work was completed. I was ecstatic I use my Trailblazer for work and all my gear was in it. They understand when you are under the gun. I personally want to thank you for such a great team. Tom always steps right up to the plate. Scott Robbins and Don Cunningham are always right there to get our vehicles in and serviced. I am so pleased with the service and respect I get whenever I enter your dealership. We have always purchased our vehicles from Ron Butcher. Every vehicle we have purchased came from Jefferson (pre Great Lakes as well) and we will continue to return to Great Lakes not only for the best respected salesman Ron but for the outstanding service department that you have. Thank you!

- Thank you all at the delership for your diligence in getting everything completed from buying the car to completing all the paperwork, financial and vehicle registration. R-- and I will try to schedule a trip in that area so we can ferry into Canada and back thru Michgan as we can stop to see the lighthouse in Ashtabula and the lighthouse and lighthouse museum in Port Huron, MI. We certainly will let people know it is worth the drive to your dealership should they be interested in buying a new or used vehicle.
Jeff, we would like to thank you for taking time to send your thank you card with our picture. We are grateful that your dealership was able to get us the car we were interested in. It was a long but pleasant drive meeting nice people who took the time to make us feel very special. Am still learning the computer info but within the next 3 months will be a 'pro', I think. While taking our test drive we got to see the covered bridge. Enclosed is a photo of the tapesry covering our dining room table bought in Sweetwater, TN several years ago. This bridge is located in West Virginia or Virginia as we saw one identical to this picture. We don't remember the name of the town as we were traveling but from now on will photograph listing each American landmark we see. Nice to have purchased a vehicle with a friendly dealership salesperson and all others helping to complete the sale!

- If you had more salesmen like Jeff Novak you would probably sell more cars! Still concerned that I have not heard from the finance company regarding my car loan. Did not receive a return call. I need to know who to pay the loan to.
